Where is Villa Vivi located?
Villa Vivi is located in beautiful New Buffalo, a charming harbor town on the shores of Lake Michigan known for its beaches, restaurants, and boutique shopping.

How many guests can Villa Vivi accommodate?
Villa Vivi comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across multiple thoughtfully designed bedrooms and gathering spaces.
You'll also find a couple of foam mattresses that can be used for littles. We know that often times littles want to share sleep spaces with their parents when in a new environment.
The home was designed specifically for family travel and group getaways, with spacious common areas, a chef’s kitchen, and entertainment spaces for both adults and children.
How will we check in and house of the house?
Vivi offers keyless entry. A code will be given via email before your stay. This is a unique code provided only for the dates of your reservation.
How many guests can Villa Vivi accommodate?
Villa Vivi comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across multiple thoughtfully designed bedrooms and gathering spaces.
The home was designed specifically for family travel and group getaways, with spacious common areas, a chef’s kitchen, and entertainment spaces for both adults and children.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. For an additional fee the pool is seasonally heated to provide a comfortable swimming experience during the warmer months.
Pool season typically runs late spring through early fall, depending on weather conditions.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes — Villa Vivi features a private hot tub that is available for guest use year-round.
It’s the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The backyard outdoor entertaining space at Villa Vivi was designed for gathering and relaxation and includes:

How close is the beach?
Villa Vivi is a short drive to several beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, including those in and around New Buffalo.
The New Buffalo public beach access is located downtown New Buffalo. Public parking is available (get there early because it does fill up)
Also, there is a newly renovated playground as you enter the beach.
Are pets allowed??
Unfortunately not. Pets are adorable but not allowed during your stay.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Is parking available?
Yes. The property offers ample private parking for multiple vehicles.
Street parking is NOT allowed under any circumastances.
Detailed parking instructions will be included in your guest guide prior to arrival.
Are events allowed?
Villa Vivi is designed for relaxed family gatherings and vacations, but large events or parties are not permitted.
