My family and I had a wonderful stay! To echo other reviewers: the house is beautiful, Kristy was an attentive host, and the space was perfect for a large family to spend time together while also providing plenty of room for downtime. Everyone absolutely loved the home: the game room was a huge hit, we took advantage of the outdoor grill to cook delicious food, and the bedrooms were stylish and comfortable. It truly felt like a vacation getaway. Through it all, Kristy was available to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

This place is perfect! We loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor seating area. The house had everything we needed and more. The little downtown area was cute and the recommended restaurants were great.

We were worried that the photos were too good to be true… but it IS as good as it looks in the listing, if not better. Not only is the house beautifully decorated it is very well appointed with vacationers in mind (hooks, bath towels in the room, blackout curtains, beach towels, etc.). Booked the house for the pool on premise (which was so nice and kid friendly) but when stormy weather came, no one was unhappy going inside since the house continued to provide a space for entertainment and fun with the game room, playroom, and basement areas. We hope to make this house a repeat location for our family next summer.

Villa Vivi is located in beautiful New Buffalo, a charming harbor town on the shores of Lake Michigan known for its beaches, restaurants, and boutique shopping. The home is just a short drive to: Lake Michigan beaches Downtown New Buffalo restaurants and shops Wineries and breweries throughout Southwest Michigan Family attractions and outdoor recreation

​How many guests can Villa Vivi accommodate?
Villa Vivi accommodates up to 13 guests across multiple thoughtfully designed bedrooms and gathering spaces. We do recommend that this 13 be a combination of adults and children as bunk beds/floor mattresses are included in this count. You'll also find a couple of foam mattresses that can be used for littles. We know that often times littles want to share sleep spaces with their parents when in a new environment. The home was designed specifically for family travel and group getaways, with spacious common areas, a chef’s kitchen, and entertainment spaces for both adults and children.

​How will we check in?
Vivi offers keyless entry. A code will be given via email before your stay. This is a unique code provided only for the dates of your reservation. 

​Is the pool heated?
Yes. The pool is seasonally heated to provide a comfortable swimming experience during the warmer months. Pool season typically runs late spring through early fall, depending on weather conditions.

Is there a hot tub?
Yes — Villa Vivi features a private hot tub that is available for guest use year-round. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The backyard outdoor entertaining space at Villa Vivi was designed for gathering and relaxation and includes: Private pool Hot tub Outdoor dining area Lounge seating Fire pit area Spacious backyard for outdoor games and entertaining It’s an ideal setting for summer evenings and family time outdoors.
