The Villa Vivi

Villa Vivi is a boutique 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in New Buffalo, Michigan, just steps from the historic Grand Beach Golf Course and a short walk to private beach access. While the region offers no shortage of activities, we intentionally designed this European-inspired renovation to provide more than enough to entertain your group without ever needing to leave.

Vivi was created with joie de vivre at its heart. Meaning joy of the little things, this French philosophy inspired every detail of the home. Here, we invite you to slow down and savor life’s simple pleasures — the taste of freshly brewed coffee on a slow morning, the sound of children splashing in the pool, the warmth of a cozy fire at night. Whatever it may be, it's our hope that your stay at Villa Vivi becomes a collection of meaningful, lasting memories.
